The Challenge

A social VR tabletop platform needed a robust, multiplayer-ready framework. When I entered the project it was built on a Blueprint-only messy codebase that was already hitting architectural limits.

The Approach

Co-led a project-wide framework refactor from Blueprints to C++ in just 2 months. Developed the core multiplayer VR player pawn, object interaction mechanics and game piece slot and recovery systems. Mentored a team of 4 junior developers, establishing coding standards and replication best practices from the ground up.

The Result

Stable framerates on Meta Quest and Steam, a scalable codebase the team can own independently, and 4 junior developers who meaningfully levelled up their technical skills.

The Challenge

Enterprise clients across pharma, fashion and education needed immersive VR/AR solutions under strict delivery deadlines. I was in charge of integrating disparate C++ plugins created in-house for voice chat, online networking, and AWS S3/Gamelift.

The Approach

Progressed from programmer to hybrid project manager, owning the full project lifecycle: requirements with clients, backlog management, and leading teams of up to 10 people. Built the system integration layer connecting all plugins into a cohesive product.

The Result

Multiple immersive B2B platforms shipped on time across diverse industries, combining technical leadership with client-facing project management across the full delivery cycle.

Led a VR virtual campus from brief to launch for immersive online teaching.

VR End-to-End UX Design
The Challenge

ESADE needed a virtual campus to facilitate immersive online teaching, translating complex institutional needs into a user-friendly VR experience for students and faculty.

The Approach

Led the project from concept to launch: translated client requirements into an interaction design, programmed key user interaction features, and supported on-site classroom setup.

The Result

A functional, production-ready virtual campus deployed for ESADE's teaching programme, delivered end-to-end from brief to launch.
